New Retailer Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is only available to new Dropshipzone retailers that have not previously been accepted as Dropshipzone retailers on the Platform (“Eligible Retailer”).

2. Eligible Retailers will no longer be eligible to participate in this Offer if they do not meet the conditions of Clause 7 within 60 days from the date of this letter.

3. This offer applies only and exclusively to the purchase of a recognised Dropshipzone SKU on Dropshipzone.com.au (“Eligible Products”).

4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Dropshipzone sets the Rebate Rate at 3% (“Rebate Rate”)

5. The rebate will be calculated based on a 90 day period of transactions (“Rebate Period”) starting from the Commencement Date as set out in Clause 8.

6. The Rebate Rate is calculated based on total transaction value on Eligible Products during the Rebate Period.

7. To participate in this offer, the Eligible Retailer must:

• Accept these Terms and Conditions by return email;

• Import the Eligible Products on their selling channel(s); and 

• Notify their assigned account manager with their website URL displaying the Eligible Products available for purchase by customers.

8. The Offer shall start on the day following the conditions of Clause 7 have been met (“Commencement Date”).

9. The rebate amount will be calculated and applied to the Eligible Retailer’s Dropshipzone account as a credit within one month following the conclusion of the Rebate Period.

10. Credit awarded following the Rebate Period will expire 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be refunded or transferred to other forms.
