CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

At Dropshipzone, we work with many different Suppliers to offer Retailers a wide range of products. We’ve compiled this list to give you the heads up on 2025-26 Christmas cut-off and closure dates on behalf of our Dropshipzone Suppliers. 

If you need assistance or have questions about a particular Supplier, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or contact your Account Manager. Please note there may be a delay in dispatch during this time.

 

 

 

INTERNAL CLOSURE DATES

Dropshipzone offices will be partially closed through the 2025-26 holiday season (22 December 2025 - 04 January 2026) . Please see below dates for details:

Office (Finance)

• 22 December 2025 - 04 January 2026

• No refunds processed until after 05 January 2026

Customer Service

• There will be minimal staff processing orders during public holidays but delays in shipment should be expected

  
  

If you need assistance, our Account Managers and Customer Service team will be on shift and available via email only through the holiday season. Please anticipate delays in response. 

All departments will return to normal work schedule from Monday 5 January 2026. Feel free to contact us or your Account Manager if you have any questions or need more information.
